- this is not a typical IT company but rather a financial company having it department, so do not expect high salary and progress here -low salary -your progress here does not depend on your talent and skill, rather it depends on your relation with your superior - no value of hard working employee, weather u extra work or not, they do not consider it - they want you to work extra hours without any extra pay
