Pros
Awesome Christmas parties with really good prizes and an open bar
Cons
Unfair pay (They don't even try to hide the fact that they're trying to underpay you); No training (Training is a joke that consists of having to look in a sharedrive that has documents that don't really explain how to work tickets); Under staffed, over worked, under payed employees. And God forbid you have to call in sick or have an emergency where you'll have to miss work. They will freak out and bug you all day. This is a dead end job, you'll never get promoted because there is no where to go.
