      Worst manager I've ever had

      Used to offer free lunches every 2nd Friday

      I had the most toxic manager I've ever encountered while working at this company. This person was so unprofessional, and I was surprised that HR was aware of the issues, yet never did anything. This person commented on other individual's weight, made employees cry, scolded team members for not being more extroverted, made inappropriate comments on the regular, gossiped about everyone, took snapchat photos at their desk, took all the accolades for the teams work...lord the list goes on. I raised all these issues as the reason why I was leaving to this person's manager and eventually they moved this person to an individual contributor, but why they kept them is beyond me. Definitely a liability. I was actually ecstatic when covid lockdowns took place because it meant I didn't have to deal with this person in the office.

      Great for sales training

      Pros

      - the company really does have a great succession plan and track paths to move up or around for employees who prove themselves - great place to work to get sales training expedited - high volume interactions + monthly targets means you improve quickly

      Cons

      - kind of a boiler room mentality - very strict about in-office and end of month - not ok with taking any time off at the end of any month. - extremely frowned upon to leave work right at 5pm. There's an expectation for employees to work late, especially at month end, and especially when you haven't hit your number yet

      Moved up from SDR fast. Great way to get started in sales.

      Cons

      Expectations are unreasonable. A lot comes down to luck of territory and what product you’re assigned to. Constant changes to comp plans and roles. Every year since I’ve been an AE there’s been big changes to my role without any increase in pay.
