      NONE at all! Run away from this place.

      LOTS! I dont usually comment but they tested my mettle physically, mentally. I use to work for 15-17 hrs daily with no actual recognition ever. The lady manager was the most toxic one i ever had.

      Aethereus (now Myridius) provides excellent exposure to Salesforce technologies and challenging client projects. The company encourages continuous learning, certifications, and ownership. Team members are so supportive, and employees get opportunities to work across different Salesforce clouds, which helps accelerate professional growth. It is a good place for people who enjoy solving complex problems and are willing to learn quickly. The culture is one of its biggest strengths. People are approachable, supportive, and always willing to help. Leadership is accessible, and there is a genuine focus on collaboration rather than hierarchy. They mean business and they know what they are talking and wanting . Pure professionalism with lots of care and stability.

      No Cons - It’s a great place for anyone looking to build their career and retire from the organisation I left due to unfortunate health reasons - else I can cling to this company for lifetime.
