The founder and CEO are all over the place, unfortunately the noise from them wasn’t being filtered out by the CTO. They waited until the very last moment to tell me my contract wasn’t extended The management and specifically the CEO have 0 experience managing a team, we went from a fully functional team to a disorganised mess

Really bad management. Toxic environment, terrible salary, no contract, sexism, zero opportunity of growth, they refer to the company as their "family". You have to pray for them to get you a review or salary review. The chiefs do not know what they are doing.
