Pros
I love my team, we are a family of sorts. Sometimes dysfunctional and dramatic, but most of the time we are working on building tools and solutions for developers like us. And this is pure joy.
Cons
Remote is hard, we are across 7 countries, and i have coworkers I have not met in person yet. But this is the covid reality, we all need to get used to this.
