      Amazing Work Place and Best Place to Grow Your Career

      Pros

      Best Environment to work even if you are fresher or well-experienced. Supportive and Friendly staff, everyone always ready to help you if need it. To grow your career as a fresher then its the right place to be. Young and energetic CEO & COO who always try to make all things easy for staff and one more thing i like to add here and that is they believe that make sure your employee is happy then you don't have to worry about client cause your employee make sure that client is happy, they always care and keep close eye on employee and make sure they are happy to be with them. You never find anything like corporate office even though its corporate office, in regular corporate office you never get much chance to see or talk to CEO & COO but here things are different you can directly go and speak to CEO or COO and they are open to hear your suggestions and all, they always accept everyones suggestions and opinion for employees benefits and all. There are lots of team building activities and good work life balance. "Open office" culture, no one has their own office except CEO/COO.

      Cons

      Nothing like cons here cause you will never find it & as usual there are small issue that happen in every office which can not consider as a cons cause its normal stuff which happens in all office so nothing like cons or bad about this comapny.

      Pros

      - Fun filled and Relaxed Working environment - Each Employee’s care is taken properly - Open door policy - Games, Festivals and other celebrations by HR team - Friendly employees and team leads - Everyone is treated equally

      Cons

      Leave structure is a little bit harsh. It should be x amount of CL, SL and PL yearly and not fixed per month.

      Growing Company in which i have learn't a lot

      Pros

      1. Best Place to kick-start your career. 2. Friendly atmosphere, supportive and helpful colleagues. I can call them even 12 in midnight for any help. 3. Great working environment and open office policy. 4. Management is doing commendable Job. 5. Freedom to take initiative no matter you fail or succeed. First company in my career(its my third) where you get to voice your opinion, thoughts & feedback so openly. It helps in creating a strong emotional bond and I feel so deeply connected with my work.

      Cons

      1. Tea/Coffee machine is just a piece of crap and also doesn't taste good. Desk-to-desk delivery by some tea vendor, like we used have previously is far better option then this. 2. Very few training sessions to get the employees updated.

We have noted your concerns and we will check implementation feasibility. As far as internal team training is concern, we will make sure, we impart require training. However, as you know – we are always open to receive feedback, in future feel free to come and talk to HR :) Tea/Coffee machine, we will definitely make it better, if there is a scope. For 100+ individuals serving desk to desk hot beverage – sounds little tough in execution, however we can always check feasibility :) Thank you once again for your views.
