      As a Technical Manager, I got good exposure to handling large-scale projects, team coordination, client communication, and end-to-end delivery ownership. The company provides opportunities to work across multiple technologies and encourages taking responsibility.

      There is always room for improvement and better alignment between business expectations and technical capacity will improve product quality and team efficiency

Employees are expected to handle unrealistic workloads without adequate support. Promotions and recognition appear inconsistent and non-transparent. Limited learning exposure; repetitive and stagnant work. Poor communication between leadership and teams. Feedback is rarely constructive and often reactive. Overall morale is very low, and attrition seems high.
