Pros

MLG is an outstanding place to build your skills — the company provides real opportunities to work with the latest technologies in the industry. The projects are large-scale and diverse — covering software applications, hardware integration, web apps, mobile apps, and smart self-service kiosks (like ATMs, smart parking, and more). Exposure to high-profile government and private sector clients gives employees valuable experience solving complex, real-world challenges. Management genuinely supports employees to learn, experiment, and grow quickly in their careers.

Cons

Because the projects are big and often cutting-edge, the workload and pace can be intense, which requires strong self-management and the ability to adapt fast. Sometimes the variety of technologies and client needs can shift priorities quickly, which may create extra pressure to stay on track

Pros

Financially strong company. Office is gorgeous and spacious.

Cons

Company expects employees humans to work like robots so that they save money by hiring less manpower. Saturday are working days except one. Expected to even work on Fridays which is a public holiday and after going home. Why have we given you laptops? Employees are screamed upon because CEO of the company is hyper person and extremely short-tempered. This makes the work environment toxic. Once the company finds a replacement for you who is taking lesser salary, they will fire you but not directly. They will give 3 show-cause notices one by one so that upon termination they don't have to pay 3 months salary. At-least, 25% of the employees receive warning letters so that they can be immediately replaced. Many people fled away without resigning and company put a ban on them. This may close the doors of UAE forever for the employee.
