Can be chaotic depending what branch you work in, if you're a "bindbuster" or you do commissioning, you can be significantly less competent than those doing the project based work, yet the projects guys don't seem to get paid as much.

Smaller company, so the staff can be clicky. If you are not willing to travel most weekends and for long periods of time wouldn't recommend it. Saying no to travel doesn't sit right with management, as they expect that you are always available. Not much of a work-life balance, so maintaining outside relationships can be extremely difficult.
