Range of activities You get room to grow your club
Cons
Higher up fail to listen to what the camps needed daily or to expand its intake of people using club. Activities so rigid that children don’t get enough time to learn through exploring free play and if kids don’t like activity little room for adaption. Company gets out of paying employees money owed
