      Pros

      The Monteith crew are an eccentric bunch, with lots of personality. Great compensation - they will pay handsomely if you are worth it.

      Cons

      Minimal training and structure - You're left to figure it out on your own. Sink or swim environment w/ lots of turnover

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. Had the opportunity to work within a couple of different business groups so I learned lots.

      Cons

      Hours were 8-5 with an hour off for lunch, I personally would have liked to go 8-4 with no hour off for lunch

      It was an awesome place to work. From staff to the environment to the actual job. Company was very welcoming and really cares about their employees.

      Cons

      I don't really think there were many cons to working here. Everyone was friendly and there was no drama
