I think they have a good product. But that’s really about it.
Cons
The culture has become quite toxic since the new CEO joined. In my experience, his leadership style comes across as arrogant and dismissive, and the company was in a much better place before his arrival. There also appears to be a strong culture of hiring friends and family members, which makes the organisation feel more like a family-run business than a professional workplace. Unfortunately, the culture among many colleagues has also become quite negative. Overall, I would not recommend this as a great place to work.
