Incompetent management company.

They tend to pay more than other local management companies.

Cons

Corporate office has favoritism. The owner Charlie lets Employees talk to property managers however they please with no repercussions. They act like they’re there to support you but at the end of the day when it comes to it they will leave you without a job and push you out the door. The regional is rarely able to come to your property because she has a phobia of flying. The owner Charlie has unrealistic expectations. And Moline management buys properties without knowing the state laws and rules and regulations regarding tax credit and HUD.

Pros

Office location is close to downtown and shops, food.

Cons

CEO lacks experience and direction. Very indecisive. Often overrules senior team in favor of non-performers, slow to take action, make important decisions. Project work not adequately motivated, with little support and frequent deviations from protocol. Very small office with few people doing multiple tasks. Looking to stretch top performers, pile on multiple roles under one job description. Company grossly underpays-not in touch with the for-hire market. No raises but CEO flies a plane, etc.
