Close to home and some good co-workers.
Cons
They say what is happening and going to happen but there is no truth behind it. To much bluffing in front of the media to impress governments at several levels. Massive cleanups demanded just prior to every tour. The truth is hidden from the public. Lots of rules with no enforcement so they are not followed by anyone including supervisors and managers.

HR speaks about culture but rewards bad behaviour; HR Team out of touch with Manufacturing environemnt and believes Culture is for everyone else and does not apply to the favourites or to themselves.
