Lack of focus on the people.
Poor location.
Low salary and no way to get salary raise, no benefits, no career growth, no education materials.
Bad recruitment process and bureaucracy, toxic/abusive management, i.e. constant burndown of the people. Co-workers are like zombies, burned out and quiet as mummies – it went without saying – just see how many rave 5-star reviews are here. You can only give 5 stars if the company is from MAANG so that its reputation will work for you in the future, or if your boss was generous enough to give you a share in the company, or at least if you have a 13th salary. And there must definitely be regular salary reviews. None of the above can be said about this shabby galley, that’s for sure.
