Pros
The services are great. There is physical, mental, and holistic health. The practitioners are hard working and friendly. The front desk staff is nice. Friendly clientele.
Cons
Staff turnover is high. Management is poor and feels unorganized. They are never at the location. Front desk staff seems to manage themselves. When they are there, which is less than once a week, they make a lot of changes without much notice or communication and expect staff to figure it out. They also push staff to sell memberships, but fail to provide any assistance when staff struggles. They also pretend to care about the staff, but would not hesitate to reprimand you if you did not fall in line. The plastic surgeon who partners with them also is disrespectful, and narcissistic. It is a toxic workplace.
