Pros
- Good start for your carrier experience, but only for a few month or a year - friend are good
Cons
- They don't provide health insurance - Not paying annual tax - No overtime pay - Management thrives off hiring juniors as they're cheap, they never want to hire a professional because they're too expensive - Usually when the day off is still coming in to finish the job - Deadlines are very tight, they know employees are not able to complete existing projects, but they still accept incoming project offers, making employees burn out.
