Will give excellent hike whatever you demand

1. Poor Management 2. No Appraisal 3. Immediate Firing 4. Try to hold emplyees by forcing them to sign a bond for 2- 3 years , if broken they will fine for 10 months of salary 5. On exit they dont give pending leave balance settlement 6. For employees they did not give full and final also 7. Also they try to avoid or delay the experience letter

Pretty much everything is negative here...worst management and company policies... they'll fire you of blue with no good reason
