Pros
Miratech is a company that constantly push you to grow as professional, the projects are challenging and it is always very particular for each customer, no chance you will get bored.
Cons
Miratech is a company where adapting to the position and requirements is not easy. In my case I didn´t have a supportive manager and the onboarding program is inexistent, you get projects assigned from the go with no chance to even perform shadowing on colleagues, this brings problems at some point on your performance and there´s little to none emphaty.

Doesn't fire anyone unless no compromise can be reached
Cons
- Low salaries, mostly at legal minimum. - Pay is late by a month. - No room for improvements or learning. - Six days a week with barely anytime for anything else. - Overtime pay is late by a couple of years.
