      Good benefits, minimal opportunities for senior sales people

      Great benefits. Good existing customer relationships.

      Cons

      Poor innovation development speed. Overly processed sales cycles, to the point where it’s easier to work outside of process to get wins, than follow the existing processes.

      Great perks and work-life balance, but political management

      Pros

      Average to maybe higher pay. If you've been there a while you have great perks. Benefits are good. Work life balance is excellent. If you're straight out of college it's a great place to START.

      Cons

      Management is very political. Leadership is told what they want to hear and not what they need to hear. There are definitely some biases ...( *** bias, ) going on. Benefits would be great...if they worked. I had to get dental and vision insurance elsewhere because the ones minitab has are not accepted anywhere in my area.
