Having been employed at startups of all sizes, I've worked under a variety leadership styles and personalities. The current CEO, Mike Smocer, stands out. I feel valued and excited for the future with the company. Independence, autonomy and authenticity are highly valued in this company. Very respectful team.
Cons
We're small and in a lot of cases you are asked to make due with what resources we have. As a newer company entering a mature market, there are certain challenges that come along.
