Growth is slow. Salary is low.

This is not a professional workplace but more like a lala company. There is no scope for growth, no increments, no incentives, and no bonuses. The management is poor, and instead of capable leadership, they hire managers who lack knowledge and simply pass their work on to others while wasting time in useless weekly meetings. The entire system is demotivating, with all focus only on sales staff, while accounts, logistics, and backend teams are ignored. If you receive an offer from this company for any backend or support role, I strongly suggest rejecting it—you will only end up frustrated here
