Pros
The buses are assembled on site. You are allowed to lead the necessary tests for a design you have been working on. The schedule is flexible. People are very nice and are willing to go out for lunch and cocktails. Good insurance bundle.
Cons
The office is old and there is carpet everywhere. Many projects are started but never completed. Most of the work could be done by a technician, there is no need for engineers. You must take your vacation during the two weeks of construction. The job is redundant.
