- can get a very long shift - clock in and out
Cons
- not consistent tip off, some weeks I would receive it others not - Eli (owner) picks favourites and its not fair for ppl who want shifts - they DONT have bus boys so being a hostess is hostessing and clearing tables. So its hard to be 2 places at once if you need to help with dishes but also bring ppl to their tables
