      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits for the industry. Some really good people.

      Cons

      No direction from management other than "why did you do this thing this way instead of the way I would do it." More focused on your Teams status than your actual workload. Big decisions, including termination, come with no notice and no reason given other than "because we can."

      Pros

      - Benefits are fairly well, including health coverage and professional development packages - people across the company are nice and respectful

      Cons

      - leaderless, lack of direction, trying to figure it out as they go - loss of key positions internal to the company and no backfills, just absorption of duties, causes more friction and details/tasks to be missed - services vs. product/capabilities development and delivery - no clear direction, operating different business models and no clear communication to the workforce

      Pros

      Some very good people work (or worked) here. A fantastic place to work if/when leadership likes you.

      Cons

      Talk and actions from leadership are rarely aligned. Most decisions seem vibes-based, and those vibes tend to land on whatever benefits leadership the most. In the best light, I think these are holdovers of growth from small- to mid-sized company.
