      The owner, Anthony, genuinely cares about his staff and goes above and beyond to accommodate them in all circumstances.

      Decent money, good food, enjoyed some coworkers company.

      Cons

      Very toxic work culture. The chef and owner yell at their employees, constantly threatening to fire someone over small mistakes. It's a big boys club.
