Senior leadership couldn't make up their mind about ANYTHING, EVER - you'd be tasked with something only to be told that wasn't at all what they wanted when you handed it over - conveniently they refused to put anything in writing ever.

Complete lack of organisation in hiring - I was brought on to work on projects that didn't exist
Line management massively hands off
"Friendly family company" vibe pushed as hard as possible, despite the fact that the entire place felt a bit like a cult.
