Pros

casual wear, And a four-day work week

Cons

Extremely intolerant towards others, lacks diversity in staff Including upper management. It's an all-white environment which creates a stark contrast to the diverse community it claims to serve. Veteran staff creates a very isolating environment. Out of 20 employees only three were of color and they recently fired two. Upper management makes extremely ablest comments behind closed doors. After a few misspellings I was asked if I could read, and said they would be adding a reading assessment to future interviews. Had a little regard for professional experience, micromanaged heavily and made disparaging comments about the community’s they serve. Upon receiving my first check, I made several dollars less than what was discussed and agreed-upon in the interview. Severe lack of diversity within the organization and constant micro aggressions also create a hostile atmosphere for those who do not conform to the dominant culture. Additionally, the organization fosters a messy gossip culture that further divides employees and undermines workplace morale. If you don't conform to their idea of what an employee should be, you'll find yourself constantly under surveillance, which is both stressful and demoralizing.
