Pros
Good Benefits, with performance bonus, christmas bonus, 13 and 14 month with enhanced HMO like eyeglass reimbursment, allergy test, company gifts etc. I like working here due to these benefits and not heavy workload.
Cons
Kinda low HMO coverage. Mental Health depends with the colleagues or team.
