      Pros

      Generous PTO and 401k match. Overall company culture is positive.

      Cons

      The salary is far below what the national carriers are offering for the same positions. Communication between management and employees has a massive disconnect. Promotions are not given based on your performance and hard work.

      Benefits including medical, dental and vacation

      Favoritism, nepotism, misogyny. You will be put in your place unless you're one of the Chosen ones meaning young pretty and female. Experience counts for nothing. Some departments are good but it all depends. Management is awful and the two dips in charge are useless and clueless. Hope you get a department that can do no wrong headed by a young inexperienced woman and yourecaet. Miserable but set. Don't get stuck. Don't try to innovate. Don't be you
