      Pros

      There are no pros - none come to mind. If you were super desperate and needed a paycheck, sure.

      Cons

      Owner is a dictator and always thinks he's the smartest guy in the room... and is far from it. Silver spoon egomaniac who doesn't value employees in the least - treats them like a commodity. Company is on a downward spiral and none of them realize it. Last controller lasted less than 2 years.
