Pros
In my time with this family-owned company, they have proven something that most companies can't. 1. They treat all their employees, of all levels as if they are family. 2. They want their team to succeed at work and in their personal lives. 3. They are willing to go above and beyond to take care of their team with more and better benefits than much larger companies offered me in the past. 4. They work hard to stay flexible for everyone at the company, making sure everyone can have the work-life balance we all want.
Cons
With my role at the company, I would have to nitpick to list cons. Honestly, the only frustrations I have are typically not with the company but with dealing with other companies in our industry.
