Honestly there was no pro of working at this establishment other than meeting a few quality coworkers.
Cons
Worst management and the most narcissistic head chef I’ve ever had the displeasure of working under. Environment is extremely toxic, and the idea of teamwork is nonexistent. This atmosphere all stems from the top, and until a serious change is made it will continue to be a miserable place to work.
