Some good colleagues who work with Good staff benefits incl gym membership and free food A very challenging working environment if you are looking for this
Cons
Lack of growth and development Lots of office politics and micro management Little to none documented procedures and everything is based on excel Long working hours - you will never to be to plan your work due to unlimited ad hoc tasks No appreciation to employees for their contribution Under paid for the amount of work done Only a handful of people stayed more than 5 years - high staff turnover
