Pros
After my experience, I can’t think of any. Anything that seems like a pro when you first start working there, either changes once you start or is used against you.
Cons
The owner is extremely micromanaging and verbally abusive. I am aware of other employees, other than myself, that have also experienced the abuse. He expects unrealistic outcomes and if you don’t deliver those results then your job is on the line. I worked for him for 2 1/2 years and once I finally stood up to him for speaking to me with disrespect, I was fired. He is also refusing to give me my personal files that were on the drive since he locked me out with no notice.
