Pros
The customers where the pros for me, I believe customers deserve the best even though the company is going under.
Cons
The CEO and his manager have no idea what they have done in ruining Matrix Diagnostics. It was a fantastic company and the customers loved Matrix Treat people as if they are stupid. Communication is terrible. They move you from one department to the next. Do not warn you if you are going to be redundant. The company needs to understand the healthcare sector immediately. The lab staff are not skilled and the lab is failing with results. An inhuman company.
