The interview to hire process took 3 months. Very similar experience from a previous review. Worked there for less than 2 weeks and got fired in a hotel lobby...on a zoom call...because I was not "a culture fit" and other bullet points written on a Google Doc. No clear expectations, little training and their influencer tracking system and reporting are nonfunctional. There are better influencer teams that set you up for success.
