Very little training. There was no formal interview - it was whether the head office assistant liked you or not. Extremely toxic departmental atmosphere, encouraged by the Management Team. Terrible physical working conditions in the office - disgustingly dirty, often had to beg/borrow basic items e,g - toilet paper.
