Extremely ruled by relatives, Manger not open to any new ideas, Mangers are ok to keep inefficient and high wasting and poor quality as they are lazy to fix and replace all old equipment that are broken, the mosque there is extremely non-human friendly and very tiny plus you can only enter it once all day which is at the break the other time is when you finish work (you can't go pray anywhere and if you prayed in your office you will get punished), for the quality department there are no QC only QA and the manger there said to me no problem QC and QA here is same although i came as control not assurance, they basically scaming customers with bad welds and paints and they cover it up by sika and paste as the bad welds coming from the high turn over from welders so they are new every month and learn welding on products that run on high way road, moreover the amount of faulty products customers come and complain about, The quality department are just there for ISO certification and no real quality Control being done and although they have a book for tolerance but they just has a fixed number on anything from any machine, even engineers there are ok with problems that are presented for decades but they go along because manger want it to be like this.

The work is stressful and the promotion way isn't clear.
