      Pros

      Strong leadership that genuinely supports employees, a collaborative team, diverse client engagements, a comprehensive benefits package, and ample autonomy make this a company where IT consultants want to build their careers.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t necessarily call this a drawback. If you’ve worked as an IT consultant, you’re likely familiar with it. Managing multiple client environments can sometimes feel overwhelming, but it’s simply part of the role.

      I would not consider this a con myself, but if you’re used to working in an internal IT department, then this could be an adjustment.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Great management and great team. The culture is tech focused and supportive to get any tasks done. They foster an environment to learn and get things done with the help of the team if needed. Great clientele. Very organized with great management who are supportive of employees with families. Full benefits. Overall a great place to work and I have nothing but kind things to say about them.

      Cons

      No unusual issues that aren't present at any other companies. Be good at your job, ask for help if needed, work hard, have a pleasant demeanor and the job is a breeze.
