- The owners are obsessed with making their employees “give them tours” of the shop, it’s so awkward and weird - Extremely rude to their employees - Boss sits around doing nothing while ordering you to mop, clean, etc. during store hours, then gets annoyed that you mopped when customers walk in, then makes you mop again while she sits on the computer. - Claimed to send me my last check multiple times and NEVER SENT IT, finally had to go and pick it up after threatening to call the Labor Board - Extremely low pay - Owner thinks she is a world class artist but really only creates mediocre junk - STOLE art ideas from me and turned them into classes before laying me off

Low pay and high work hours at one point was working 40 hours a week with kids camp, parties as well as managing the whole floor while being a minor. Owner is extremely rude to staff and belittles them over text as well as watches them over the camera to make sure their “in check”. Suspected that something fishy was going on with the tips because they were so low although I could see on register i would be tipped well. High turnover rate made it so that I was mostly the only worker and managed the entire studio on my own while being paid pennies.
