      Using the latest software technologies and latest approaches is encouraged No legacy code and no legacy tech constraints People are friendly and helpful Less time in meetings compared to most companies

      Cons

      Managers will call you out if you are not prepared for meetings There isn't a roadmap for many of the things being done and that means spending a lot of time figuring out different things.

      Nice coworkers but game of smoke and mirrors from ceo

      Cons

      Bigggg conflict of interest with owners trucking company evennon. shut down bc safety but somehow still running????. Fired entire team who very good employees because he needed money to buy trucks for other company. Lied that he would pay but always had new excuse about bank accounts
