I genuinely don't find any good reason to work with Magicmind..Please go through the cons mentioned below, which will give you an overall idea about the management & the company..
Cons
1) Management force their employees to post good reviews to boost their Google rank & rating, which is completely unethical. 2) Worst management & work culture I have ever seen, initially it would be all good, but within a month they will make you feel like a slave. 3) No proper organisational structure & hierarchy is being followed by the company. 4) Management creates extreme pressure within a month of joining which is completely unacceptable . 5) Employees need a minimum of 1 month to 3 months of proper time to understand the entire work flow & process, Here management wants them to perform within 15days of their joining, without providing adequate training. 6) Management can anytime ask you to leave the company & hold back your salary, even if you are in probation which is basically a training period for any new Employee. 7) Paid leaves are provided to the Employees, but they can't really use it when they require, management can anytime mark it as an unpaid leave. 8) Salary is being processed on the 5th day of every month, which all employees may not be okay with. Advise: Freshers & experienced candidates both must avoid this toxic workplace to build & grow their career with. To avoid ending up with anxiety/frustration & unwanted termination, ample of good companies & opportunities are waiting outside, please don't fall in Magicminds trap.
