Pros

Flexible location. Comp could be decent depending on when you joined and where you're located geographically.

Cons

Work life balance is non-existent but they like to pretend it's not that bad. Execs are completely clueless about what they want. All they do is hire and churn, rinse and repeat. Seen so many talented people there but everyone is exhausted.

Remote work, unlimited PTO, annual retreat, great people.

Cons

It's a wild tech start-up so expect long hours, meeting deadlines, and 24/7 slack depending on the team. The UPTO can be hard to use depending on what you have going on.

No work life balance No respect for engineers working here, irrespective of how much work you are putting in and how much value you add HR is the worst. You reach out to them with any query and they will not even respond.
