      The salary is not good, it's not about ML at all in most projects, there is no management, and the managers are more like the sales team

      Most of the colleagues are motivated and skilled. Most of the projects are using innovative and exiting technologies. There is a lot of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      The manager are not very professional. Most of them have very few technical knowledge and are mostly interested in their own carrier and not in supporting the employees. You can see it, because they are investing all of their time into sell topics in order to impress their superior. They are generally not on your side whenever you need something.
