Pros
Awesome leadership driving incredible culture. It's a young company so all employees have a lot of say in the direction of the company and you really feel like you can make an impact. The owners are incredibly open to new ideas and encourage all employees to be candid about what they need to be successful.
Cons
It is a young company so the benefits aren't all there yet but there are plans to change this in the near future.
