      Pros

      -Lots of freedom from upper management to handle deals as we see fit -High commission percentage which can result in lucrative annual compensation -flexible holidays and off time -great office culture and love the colleagues

      Cons

      Cant think of many - maybe the long hours and work it takes to get deals across the line but that's common in all sales!

      Supportive team, fast-paced environment and great growth opportununities. No two days feel the same - can develop a lot of new skills and work on exciting projects.

      Cons

      I prefer fast-paced roles with deadlines, as they're exciting and keep me on my toes, however appreciate it's not for everyone!

      Pros

      I have been working at MN2S for 5+ yrs. The whole team is amazing and a pleasure to work with daily, and the flexibility of working remotely has also been a positive addition to the role too. I am grateful for the opportunity that I have been given and happy with the progress that I have made over the years.
