      Pros

      Contains a lot of professionals Expats with high educational levels and long strong industrial experience.

      Cons

      Stressful work strategy, no respect to private time on after work and holidays, force to work as much as can without overtime even for no reason nor heavy work, digging in work details and mess with work standard and flow for just collecting ideas as we call it learning by challange. at the end of work the rewards and credits goes to non Expats.
