Pros

Professional Training: As part of the AEON Group, Ministop has a very clear and professional training process for new staff, from customer service etiquette to food safety standards. Flexible Shifts: The 24/7 operation allows for flexible scheduling, which is perfect for students or those looking for part-time work. Supportive Team: The working environment is generally young and energetic. Coworkers are often supportive, especially during busy rush hours. Clean Workspace: The stores are well-organized and the seating area provides a modern vibe compared to traditional convenience stores.

Cons

High Workload: Since the store offers a wide range of fast food (fried chicken, soft serve, etc.), you have to multi-task between cashier duties, food preparation, and cleaning. Peak Hour Stress: It can get very crowded during lunch breaks or late nights, which can be quite exhausting. Standing for Long Hours: Like most retail jobs, you will be on your feet for the entire shift.
